Marodi runs two complementary lines. The classic durum line covers everyday formats — penne, spaghettini, fusilli — all laminated and slow-dried for perfect texture (28% egg per kg flour).

The premium Superfoodie line adds naturally coloured tagliatelle: Chlorelle (chlorella), Rossotelle (beetroot), Sepiatelle (squid ink) and Spirulitelle (spirulina). A clean superfood story without artificial colourants.
